General Terms

uubb (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the uubb platform and all its services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, participating in any game, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

• uubb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
• If you disagree with any part of these Terms, stop using the platform immediately.
• These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali-language interpretation shall be considered final.

Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To use services on uubb, you must create a valid account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.
• The account holder is personally responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

• Transferring or sharing your account with a third party is prohibited.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified through the verification process.

For identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer), uubb may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other documents. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

Age Restriction and Eligibility Requirements

To create an account or use any service on uubb, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must ensure that you are using the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• It is your responsibility to confirm that using this type of service is lawful from your current location.
• Ensure that no minor is able to access your account.

If anything suspicious is found during age and identity verification, uubb reserves the right to suspend any transactions until verification is complete.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

uubb offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions. The general bonus rules are set out below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud, the entire bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• If the bonus terms are not met, any winnings earned from the bonus will be considered void.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of any offer, uubb's decision shall be final.

Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback benefits are available across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The cashback rate increases as you move up to a higher tier.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be followed to ensure safe and fast payments on the uubb platform:

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳200 can be deposited through each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum of ৳500 can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• You must use a payment method registered in the account holder's own name — using a third party's number is prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If a bonus was not claimed before the deposit, a direct withdrawal without a bonus can be made.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, uubb may temporarily hold a withdrawal and carry out a review.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in betting and gaming activities on the uubb platform:

• Each game has its own rules; you are advised to read them before starting a game.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical fault, uubb reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the balance to the account.
• In the case of live betting and sports betting, the odds for each event shall be considered final.
• If a technical error in a game's result is proven, uubb may cancel the relevant round.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• In cricket, football, and other sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubb platform:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any activity related to illegal funds.
• Creating or managing an account by providing false information.
• Misusing bonus or promotional benefits (bonus arbitrage).
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or network.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent activity against other users.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using automated bots or software.
• Using a third party's payment method.

Account Suspension, Restriction, and Closure

uubb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is proven.
• If fraud or unfair activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false documents are submitted.
• If the account has been inactive for a long period.
• At the user's own request (as part of self-exclusion or responsible gambling).

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the available balance will be returned subject to verification.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

The uubb platform always aims to provide uninterrupted service, however uubb will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Loss arising from a user's own negligence or the disclosure of their account credentials.
• Service disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government directives).
• Financial loss from betting or gaming — there is financial risk involved in gambling and responsible play is mandatory.

Under no circumstances is uubb obliged to pay compensation exceeding the total amount deposited in a single event.

Right to Amend the Terms

uubb reserves the right to partially or fully amend, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.

• In the case of significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
• The "Last Updated" date on this page indicates the date of the most recent change.
• If any benefit from a previous version is not present in the new version, no claim can be made under the old terms.
